Hochauflösung aktivitätsvermittelter Dynamik ionotroper Glutamatrezeptorent in vivo

Die aktivitätsabhängige Reorganisation ionotroper Glutamatrezeptoren vermittelt diverse Formen synaptischer Plastizität. Grundlegende Prinzipien der Rezeptordynamik sind jedoch nur unvollständig verstanden. Durch kombinierte Anwendung von Optogenetik, Elektrophysiologie und hochauflösender Lichtmikroskopie in Drosophila melanogaster, untersucht dieses Forschungsprojekt, wie räumliche und zeitliche Aktivitätsmuster die nanoskopische Mobilität synaptischer Glutamatrezeptor-Untereinheiten im intakten Organismus steuern.
